• Can I change my address details once the order is dispatched?
Any address details need to be correct when you place the order. We cannot change the address that is initially provided by you. 
  • Where's my order?
Please be patient with your orders, Sometimes delivery times vary whilst in transit via couriers such as Royal Mail. Just email us, admin@candybarn.co.uk, for tracking details or an update. 
If the order has nor arrive 14 Days after the order we will look into the issue further for you. 
  • Are orders sent tracked?
Yes! All order are tracked via Royal Mail 48 or 24, depending on which delivery option chosen.
  • Which courier do you use?

Most of our orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24/48. However if the order is over a certain weight, 20kg+, then the parcel can be sent via Parcelforce.

  • Do you offer free delivery? 
Yes! Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders. this service takes 3-5 working days. 
Express Delivery option is available too.
